Hello
My name is Jemma and i am the founder of Rainbow Trees Pathway.
My Story
Jemma founded Rainbow Trees Pathway with a simple but powerful vision to build something for the community, where everyone surrounding a young person can come together to create joined-up, person-centred support plan.
With over 20 years of experience in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) services, Jemma has dedicated her career to supporting neurodivergent children, young people, and adults, particularly those with complex communication needs. Her work now also includes supporting individuals with complex mental health challenges, always using a trauma-informed and compassionate approach.
Personal experience within her own family has given Jemma a deep understanding of communication diversity and has led her to become conversationally competent in British Sign Language. She combines this lived insight with professional expertise to promote inclusion and meaningful connection.
As a Safeguarding Lead, Mental Health First Aider, and qualified trauma-informed practitioner, Jemma brings both knowledge and empathy to everything she does. She also draws on four years of experience running a business within the SEND sector, ensuring Rainbow Trees Pathway is built on strong foundations of care, quality, and collaboration.
Jemma’s passion is helping individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered. Creating pathways that allow everyone to grow, belong, and thrive together.
