Information for Professionals
This area is for professionals referring young people to our service for Specialist Teaching Assistant support, , EOTAS, or Care packages.
We work with children and young people of all ages who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our in-person support is delivered on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, underpinned by a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approach. While our team includes trained Mental Health Youth First Aiders, we are not medical professionals. If the young person has significant mental health needs please refer to CAMHS alongside ourselves.
Every referral if accepted, leads to a bespoke package designed around the individual’s needs and the purpose of the referral. There are no time limits on support duration.
As part of the referral process, please specify:
-
The number of hours and days being requested
-
If you would like to book LEGO® sessions to be delivered on-site at your setting or at our base. (If so, please include this clearly in the referral so it can be quoted accordingly)
Provision is subject to availability and will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Please note:
-
Advice Clinics, LEGO® sessions, and training courses are booked separately through our Bookings page unless part of a package of support.
-
Our Community events follow a separate process, see our Events page for full details
You’ll also find our referral form, service overviews, key policies, and term dates for 2025/2026 linked below.
We have a professionals guide to Rainbow Trees Pathway. If you would like a copy as part of your referral, please let us know.
