What support services do we offer?

We support young people to develop independence, access community services, and gain experiences that prepare them for the future. We offer bespoke SEND support and community access designed around individual needs.

Our team is here to provide practical support and guidance to families, helping young people make the most of opportunities and build skills for everyday life.

Our specialist SEND mentoring support service sessions focus on practical skills, social engagement and emotional wellbeing. Developing essential life skills for the future.

Family Support Workers work closely with families to provide advice, practical strategies, and emotional support. They can help you navigate challenges, access community resources, and plan for your young person’s future, ensuring the whole family feels supported and confident in their decisions.

Our services can be self-funded or arranged through your local authority via direct payments, giving you flexibility to choose the support that works best for your family.

Our SEND Family Support Practitioners are here to make things easier. We offer a listening ear, practical guidance, and help to navigate the journey so you don’t have to do it alone. Whatever stage you’re at, we’re here to support you and your family every step of the way.

Social Care

Our services can be accessed through social care arrangements, including direct payments or self-funding. We understand the importance of consistency, trust, and building strong relationships with the young people and families we work with.
