Rainbow Trees Pathway exists to support young people to understand who they are, recognise their value, and develop the confidence and skills needed to thrive.
We believe young people flourish when they experience relationships built on trust, consistency, acceptance, and respect.
When young people feel safe and understood, they are better able to explore their strengths, develop resilience, communicate their needs, and engage positively with opportunities.
Our vision is for young people to:

Rainbow Trees Pathway was born from a simple idea and a powerful belief: that every young person deserves to be met exactly where they are right now not where others expect them to be. By recognising and responding to the present needs of each individual, we can put the right support in place to help them reach their full potential, in their own time and on their own terms.
