Rainbow Trees Pathway supports young people of any age. Who may have-
 • Identified needs including SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, PDA, anxiety, trauma, or learning difficulties
 • Would benefit from a non-traditional, nurturing, and flexible environment

Question 2

Who are we unable to support?

Accepted Answer

• Individuals requiring physical restraint as part of their regular care
 • Individuals with significant medical needs requiring onsite nursing (unless otherwise agreed) 
• Individuals who present a risk to others or themselves that we cannot safely manage 
• Individuals who require personal care that involves more than prompting. Each placement is subject to a risk assessment and staffing availability.

At Rainbow Trees Pathway, the safety and well-being of every individual we support is our top priority. We are committed to creating a nurturing and secure environment for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Our safeguarding approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and fully aligned with best practice guidelines. We ensure that all staff are trained, vigilant, and approachable, fostering trust, respect, and protection for everyone in our community.

What do placements look like?

Placements at Rainbow Trees Pathway are tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and interests. We provide structured yet flexible sessions that combine learning, life skills, and social-emotional development in a safe, supportive environment. Activities are designed to be engaging, practical, and inclusive, ensuring each participant can thrive at their own pace. Our team works closely with families to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and adapt support so that every placement is meaningful and empowering. Placements can be short and time limited or on a longer term basis.
