- 02• Individuals requiring physical restraint as part of their regular care • Individuals with significant medical needs requiring onsite nursing (unless otherwise agreed) • Individuals who present a risk to others or themselves that we cannot safely manage • Individuals who require personal care that involves more than prompting. Each placement is subject to a risk assessment and staffing availability.

- 04Placements at Rainbow Trees Pathway are tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and interests. We provide structured yet flexible sessions that combine learning, life skills, and social-emotional development in a safe, supportive environment. Activities are designed to be engaging, practical, and inclusive, ensuring each participant can thrive at their own pace. Our team works closely with families to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and adapt support so that every placement is meaningful and empowering. Placements can be short and time limited or on a longer term basis.
